Leaderboard, streaks and personal stats

A door knocked is a status update on a prospect. Every time a rep sets a lead status, that's one knock, with one exception: if the same rep updates the same prospect again within five minutes, it still counts once. Prospects that were deleted don't count.

On the web, the Team Leaderboard is on the Dashboard. It ranks reps for the date range you pick at the top, and you can sort it by Doors Knocked, Leads, Engaged or Contracts. The top three stand on a podium; click any rep to see their numbers, their status breakdown and recent prospects. See Read your team dashboard.

On your phone, the same leaderboard is on the Home tab, sorted by Doors, Leads, Engaged or Deals.

The Home tab shows your streak and your Team Rank for the date range picked there, and the Profile tab shows three numbers:

• •This Month: your knocks since the first of the month.
• •Streak: how many days in a row you have knocked at least one door. Today counts if you have already knocked; otherwise the streak is measured through yesterday. From three days, the streak shows a flame.
• •Rank: your position on the team by doors knocked over the last 7 days. Ties are broken by who knocked more in the 7 days before that.
