Read your team dashboard
What the numbers on the dashboard mean, and how to see one rep's performance.
The dashboard shows how your whole team is doing. Pick a date range at the top, from Today to All Time, or set a custom range.
The numbers
- Doors Knocked: status updates your team made, counted once per door.
- Leads, Engaged and Contracts Signed: prospects that reached each funnel stage. Which statuses count toward each stage is set in Lead Statuses.
- Conversion Rate and Avg. Doors/Rep: how efficiently the team turns knocks into results.
Charts and leaderboard
- Scouting Activity compares doors and leads over time.
- Status Breakdown and Conversion Funnel show where prospects stand.
- Team Leaderboard ranks reps by doors, leads, engaged and contracts.
Click a rep to see their own numbers, their disposition breakdown and their recent prospects.
