Which AI apps can connect to LeadScout?

Claude, ChatGPT and any other AI agent that supports custom connectors (remote MCP servers with sign-in). That includes Claude on the web and desktop, Claude Code, and ChatGPT in developer mode. Which plans of those apps allow custom connectors is up to each AI provider.

What can my AI agent do in LeadScout?

It can find and filter prospects, read one in full, create and update prospects, move them to a new status, read and add notes, see status history, book and cancel appointments, and look up your team, statuses and tags. It can also search the LeadScout help docs to explain how a feature works.

What can an AI agent not do?

Some things stay in the app on purpose. Agents cannot look up property data, measure roofs, send texts, or change settings, billing or your team. Every change an agent makes is recorded under the person who connected it.

Who can connect an AI agent?

Owners and admins of organizations on the Pro plan or higher. The agent acts as the person who connected it, in the one organization they pick. Connecting for every team member is on the roadmap.

No. AI agents and the API are included with Pro and higher plans. Your AI app may have its own subscription. If you create API keys for a machine-to-machine integration, each active key uses a seat on your plan, like a team member.

How do I disconnect an agent?

Remove the connector in your AI app, or open Settings, then Integrations, then LeadScout API, and click Revoke next to the agent under Connected apps. Access ends right away.

Is my data used to train AI models?

LeadScout only sends your agent the data it asks for while you use it. How that data is handled after that is covered by your AI provider's own privacy terms and settings.

Your pipeline lives in LeadScout. Your questions often start somewhere else: a chat with Claude while you plan tomorrow's route, or ChatGPT while you write the weekly recap. Now those conversations can see your real data.

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add it as a custom connector. In ChatGPT, add it under Apps & Connectors in developer mode.
A LeadScout window opens. Pick your organization and click Allow.

The agent acts as you, in the organization you picked, and every change it makes shows up under your name. Some things stay in the app on purpose: agents cannot look up property data, measure roofs, send texts, or touch settings, billing or your team. You can disconnect an agent from your AI app or from LeadScout settings at any time.
