Integrations overview

Every way LeadScout connects to other tools: Zapier, CompanyCam, Google Calendar, AI agents, the LeadScout API and webhooks, and which plan and role each one needs.

Most integrations live under Settings, then Integrations. The page is for owners and admins on the Pro plan or higher. On your phone, owners and admins on Pro find Zapier and CompanyCam under Profile, then Integrations.

Zapier

Send prospects to your CRM and thousands of other apps when they reach a lead status you choose. You pick the status, the fields that must be filled in first, and whether it sends automatically or when a rep presses Send. See Zapier.

CompanyCam

Link prospects to CompanyCam projects so the job-site photos your crew takes show up on the prospect. Projects can be created automatically when an appointment is set or a lead reaches a status. See CompanyCam.

Google Calendar

Sync appointments to your Google Calendar, see your real availability when booking, and avoid double-booking. Each person connects their own calendar from the Calendar page or the appointment editor; it is not on the Integrations page. Included with Scout Buddy and higher. See Google Calendar.

AI agents

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP client so your agent can look up prospects, update statuses, add notes and book appointments for you. Copy the connector URL from the AI agents card. See Connect Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents.

LeadScout API and webhooks

Build your own integration with API keys or an OAuth app, and subscribe to webhooks for prospect, note and appointment events. Click Manage on the LeadScout API card. See The LeadScout API.

Import and export

Bring prospects in from a spreadsheet, or export them to CSV. These work on every plan. See Import and export prospects.

Who can use what

  • Zapier, CompanyCam, AI agents, LeadScout API: owners and admins, Pro or higher. Only the owner can create API keys.
  • Google Calendar: anyone on Scout Buddy or higher, for their own calendar.
  • Import: the owner, on every plan. Export: everyone, on every plan.

Questions

Why does the Integrations page say "Integrations require Pro"?

Zapier, CompanyCam, AI agents and the LeadScout API are included with Pro and higher. Upgrade under Settings, then Billing. Google Calendar sync is included with Scout Buddy and higher.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. They are included with the plan that unlocks them. Your other tools, like Zapier, CompanyCam or your AI app, may have their own subscriptions.

What happens to my integrations if I downgrade?

They stop. Zaps stop firing, CompanyCam stops creating projects, and API keys and AI agents lose access until the plan is restored.
